FROZEN GRAPEFRUIT SPEARS

Makes 1 serving (1 fruit)

Ingredients:

½ grapefruit in slices or segments

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Pinch of lemon zest

Powdered stevia to taste

Directions:

Dip grapefruit segments in lemon juice and coat with stevia and lemon zest. Freeze until firm.


COOKING TIPS

Tongs can be used to juice a lemon. Just place the lemon in between and press. Voila!

To remove the smell of garlic from your hands rub them on stainless steel.
