Ginger Shrimp Wraps


Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)


100 grams shrimp

1 or more cabbage or lettuce leaves

1 cup vegetable broth or water

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Bragg’s all-purpose seasoning

1 clove garlic, crushed

Pinch of fresh ginger

1 tablespoon green onion, finely minced

1 serving sweet orange marinade (optional for dipping) (see sauces)

Salt and pepper to taste


Lightly steam cabbage leaves and set aside. Cook shrimp with spices and mince together with onion. Wrap shrimp mixture in cabbage or lettuce leaves and enjoy with dipping sauce.

Variation: Place multiple rolls in a baking dish. Cover with vegetable broth and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Variation: Dip wraps in sweet wasabi dipping sauce (see sauces) or top with additional Bragg’s all-purpose seasoning.



Tongs can be used to juice a lemon. Just place the lemon in between and press. Voila!


To remove the smell of garlic from your hands rub them on stainless steel.


To prevent water from boiling over rest a wooden spoon across the pot of boiling water
