Sweet Ginger Shrimp


Makes 1 serving (1 protein)


100 grams shrim

¼ cup vegetable broth or water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons orange juice (optional)

2 tablespoons Bragg’s all-purpose seasoning

¼ teaspoon fresh or powdered ginger

Pinch of chili powder

Dash of garlic powder

Dash of onion powder

Stevia to taste

Salt and black pepper to taste


Mix dry spices with vegetable broth and liquid ingredients. Saute with shrimp in a small saucepan stirring continuously until cooked. Add water to deglaze the pan periodically until desired consistency is reached.



Tongs can be used to juice a lemon. Just place the lemon in between and press. Voila!


To remove the smell of garlic from your hands rub them on stainless steel.


To prevent water from boiling over rest a wooden spoon across the pot of boiling water
