STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Makes 1 serving (1 fruit)

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 handful frozen strawberries

Flavored or powdered stevia (try vanilla or chocolate drops)

1 tablespoon milk (optional)

Ice cubes

Directions:

Blend together and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a strawberry, lemon slice or mint leaf if desired.

COOKING TIPS

#1 

Tongs can be used to juice a lemon. Just place the lemon in between and press. Voila!

To remove the smell of garlic from your hands rub them on stainless steel.

To prevent water from boiling over rest a wooden spoon across the pot of boiling water
