Buffalo Style Chicken Fingers


BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN FINGERS

Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 Melba toast)

Ingredients:

100 grams chicken cut into long thin strips

2 tablespoons hot sauce (Frank’s red hot sauce works best with this receipe)

Melba toast crushed

4 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Marinate chicken strips in lemon juice and salt. Coat chicken strips with Melba crumbs. Fry in frying pan until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly. Toss with hot sauce and black pepper. Serve as finger food or as an entrée. Serve with raw celery sticks or desired vegetable. Garnish with parsley.


COOKING TIPS

#1 

Tongs can be used to juice a lemon. Just place the lemon in between and press. Voila!

To remove the smell of garlic from your hands rub them on stainless steel.

To prevent water from boiling over rest a wooden spoon across the pot of boiling water
